Your custom- designed jewelry is attractively reproduced in hard baked (Cloisonne)enamel. The design is die struck in copper, and powdered glass colors are applied. The pieces is then baked at 1500 degree (F) causing the powdered glass to melt and form rich colors.The final process is polishing and plating in either gold or sliver. Gold and silver cannot be combined on the same badge.

Gold or silver must be used to separate each color. Lettering must be done in either gold or silver, unless the emblem is of sufficient size to allow a gold or silver border around each letter. Gold and silver cannot be combined on the same emblem.
Colors for small lettering and design may now be printed on the emblem. Add $50.00 per color for this service.
